功能手板對于尺寸要求較高

濟南手板模型是先根據設計圖紙制作而成的模型，主要是用來檢查的，并不是真正要設計的產品，只是一種樣品，以此為基礎，才能找出缺陷與問題所在。

在設計之初，根據手板模型找出問題不合理的地方，并加以改正。但在設計時有一個問題要注意，那就是剛開始的設計模型不能設計的在好，否找找不出缺陷，如果不經過仔細檢查，一旦成批量的生產，將會造成很大的資源浪費，其中包括有人力物力還有時間，這對企業來說是忌諱的。手板模型三大用途：
