快速成型技術給模具帶來哪些優勢？

1.模具內部需足夠冷卻能力的冷卻水，一般可以通過公式進行計算。廣州本田的模具冷卻方式為通入18~22℃的冷水進行冷卻，流量約120~150L/min；
1. Cooling water with sufficient cooling capacity is required inside the mold, which can generally be calculated by formula. The cooling mode of Guangzhou Honda's mold is to inject cold water at 18 ~ 22 ℃ for cooling, with a flow rate of about 120 ~ 150L / min;
2.樹脂在進入模腔過程中，需經過帶加熱裝置的熱流道和熱噴嘴，保持溫度為180~220℃；

3.需根據產品CAE分析的困氣情況，在模具適當的部位開排氣槽；
