手板加工設備CNC機床有以下要求：

機床要有好的剛性和與承載能力；

工作臺面尺寸要與手板外形尺寸相適應；
The size of the worktable should be compatible with the overall size of the hand board;
要有高的精度及精度保持性；

要能快速效率高地去除余量，且有很高的可靠性；

cnc手板制作過程
The manufacturing process of CNC hand board
編程：編程人員分析3D圖紙，編寫控制數控加工程式語言；
Programming: programmers analyze 3D drawings and write NC programming language;
CNC加工：cnc加工把多余的地方去掉，從而得到手板的雛形；
CNC processing: CNC processing to remove the redundant place, so as to get the prototype of the hand board;
手工處理；
Manual processing;
表面處理：噴漆、絲印、電鍍、特殊的有鐳雕、陽極氧化、拉絲等；
