打磨是手板制作過程中*基本的一個工藝

在打磨的時候，首先需要用很粗的砂紙進行打磨，先把表面很粗的毛刺去掉之后再進行細紋打磨，砂紙可以分為800,1000,2000等等粗細不一的等級。

需要根據產品表面要求來選擇不同的砂紙來進行打磨。噴上一層原子灰，可以將產品表面的粗糙程度進行放大，可以用肉眼看到瑕疵的程度，然后進行局部的修正，直到一件產品完成打磨的過程！
