能影響CNC手板模型廠家加工價格的有哪些因素？

手板模型公司表明CNC手板雖然常見，但是很多用戶覺得它的價格太高，其實不然——很多手板廠業務都是看了3D圖紙以后再報價的，如果3D圖紙中出現了下面這些因素，難度就會加大，價格自然會高一些：
Handboard model company shows that although CNC handboard is common, many users think its price is too high. In fact, it is not the case. Many handboard manufacturers quote after reading 3D drawings. If the following factors appear in 3D drawings, the difficulty will increase and the price will naturally be higher
一、被加工零件的精度和表面粗糙度：若需要到0.01mm公差要求時，無論加工設備還是技術師傅，要求都是比較高，而且成本相對也會高許多；
1、 Accuracy and surface roughness of machined parts: if the tolerance of 0.01mm is required, both the processing equipment and the technicians have higher requirements, and the cost will be much higher;
二、被加工零件的結構與尺寸大?。喝舢a品結構復雜，加工成本也會高許多；若產品整體尺寸很大或外觀是曲面形狀，加工成本也會上升許多。
2、 Structure and size of processed parts: if the product structure is complex, the processing cost will be much higher; If the overall size of the product is large or the appearance is curved, the processing cost will rise a lot.
三、被加工零件材料若是難加工材料，譬如不銹鋼，材料硬度大，需要用鎢鋼加硬的刀具，而且電腦鑼需要是臺灣或日本機器配合來做，固然成本也會比用普通的材料加工更高。
3、 If the material of the parts to be processed is difficult to process, such as stainless steel, the hardness of the material is high, and tungsten steel hardened cutting tools are needed. Moreover, computer gongs need to be made by Taiwan or Japan machines. Of course, the cost will be higher than ordinary materials.
四、手板模型廠家的工藝比較多，包括cnc加工、打磨、噴油、絲印、拉絲、水印、電鍍、鐳雕等，一般情況下，手板模型都不需要這么多工藝的，但是我們的一個做果汁機手板模型的客戶，上述這些工藝就全部用到了，價格自然相對高一點。
4、 Handboard model manufacturers have many processes, including CNC processing, polishing, oil spraying, silk screen printing, wire drawing, watermark, electroplating, radium carving, etc. generally, handboard models do not need so many processes, but our customers who make handboard models of juice machines use all of these processes, so the price is naturally a little higher.
