手板模型處理過程中不要出現哪些現象？

一、手板模型手板手工
1、 Handmade model Handmade
1、生產工藝和圖紙不要對錯；
1. Do not make mistakes in production process and drawings;
2、(ABS材料)產品在粘接時，注意膠水的用量多或少，不要有開裂現象；
2. (ABS material) when bonding products, pay attention to the amount of glue used is too much or too little, and do not crack;
3、(亞克力材料)產品在粘接時，不要有開裂、氣泡的現象；
3. (acrylic material) when the product is bonded, there shall be no cracks or bubbles;
4、(PC材料)產品放在烤箱或用風筒吹時，溫度不要過高；
4. (PC material) when the product is placed in the oven or blown by the air tube, the temperature shall not be too high;
5、(POM、尼龍、鋁合金材料)產品不能粘接，原因是這三種材料膠水粘不穩，所以是不能用CNC拆件加工的，手工打孔時不能把孔位打偏，否則產品就會報廢；
5. (POM, nylon, aluminum alloy materials) products can't be bonded, because the glue of these three materials is not stable, so it can't be processed by CNC disassembly, and the hole position can't be deviated during manual drilling, otherwise the products will be scrapped;
6、組裝時不要粘接錯地方，不要有錯位和間隙；

7、產品工件有R角的打磨不要打成了直角，還有工件邊緣有弧度的地方，打磨時也許需要注意。

8、打磨不要把尺寸打小。

9、復模注意不要變形和縮水，不要有太多的氣泡，如果氣泡多會加大手工那邊的工作量

10、噴油方面不要有色差、油漆爆裂、掉漆等現象，還有在調油和噴油時控制塵點。
